We are delighted to announce the first edition of The Hiscox Art and AI Report 2024 (in partnership with ArtTactic). This inaugural Hiscox Art and AI Report 2024 focuses on art buyers’ and art lovers’ perception of AI-generated art, and its value and potential as a collectible. Can AI-generated art ever be as important and valuable as art created by humans? We examine the relationship between the economic and cultural value of human versus machine creativity, as well as legal and ethical issues around authorship and intellectual property.
