Dr Shimshak then offers advice for new collectors. Advice that he wishes he had received when he first started collecting. Also, Robert gives his perspective on the current state of the art market and reveals some significant buying opportunities that currently exist. Lastly, having lived primarily on the west coast, Dr Shimshak compares the art scenes in San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York City.
