Our four standard membership plans are for individuals, however, if you are seeking a membership plan for multiple users, we offer bespoke options that suits your business needs. Our 'Corporate,’ ‘Non-profit’ and ‘Educational’ memberships are flexible and based on your requirements. Please see our Group Memberships page or contact us to discuss bespoke solutions.

Our research process involves meticulous data collection from credible sources, ensuring that insights are based on verified and reliable information. All interviews and surveys are conducted following best practice standards, with stakeholders fully briefed on the aims and scope of applicable projects. Our team also takes great pride in cleaning our data, arguably the most important part of our research process. Clean data is essential in ensuring that high quality information input is used to create high quality output. To help us in this process we will use Pandas (Python Data Analysis Library), as well as manual checks and updates.

Currently, all our memberships can be purchased on a monthly basis or on an annual basis (discounted). We accept online payment using Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you want to discuss alternative payment options, such as bank transfer, contact us at info@arttactic.com.

Yes! ArtTactic provides a variety of bespoke research services. These projects range from bespoke market reports (artist reports, regional analysis, sector analysis, etc.) To specialised consulting projects. You can upgrade your membership level at any time, and you will pay the annual or monthly fee on a pro-rata basis. Your subscription automatically renews, and annual subscribers will be notified a month in advance. If you wish to cancel, you can find more information in our Terms & Conditions.

All reports are available in PDF format. Reports in the Analyst Pro Membership are also equipped with a Data Kit, allowing users to download applicable data in .csv format for their own use. If you cancel your account, no refund will be automatically issued and your account will remain active until the next payment date. After this point, your account will cancel rather than renew. We typically release 40-50 reports per year. Our reports are available across our four membership tiers and we intermittently produce free reports in collaboration with external partners.

We primarily offer downloadable PDF reports. To the best of our ability, these documents are structured to be compatible with screen readers and other assistive technologies, making them accessible to individuals with visual or cognitive impairments. While our current platform does not yet include integrated audio features, we recognise the importance of multi-modal access and are exploring the implementation of audio capabilities.
