Sergey begins by discussing the current state of the volatile contemporary art market and why he's bullish on that segment of the market from an investment perspective. Then, he elaborates on two major obstacles currently facing those in the art market: the price discovery process and determining liquidation value. Also, Sergey explains some of the metrics he has developed in his book which are used to valuate artworks.
